How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings in Premiso and tap Restore Purchases (it is also on the Premiso Pro sheet). Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Family Sharing members can do the same.
How do I turn off iCloud sync?
Open Settings in Premiso and switch off iCloud sync. Progress already on this device stays. You can also turn off iCloud for Premiso in iOS Settings, under your name, iCloud.
How do I report a question?
Use the report option while viewing a question and describe the problem. You can also email [email protected] with the question type and a short description.
How do I change or turn off reminders?
Set the reminder time in Premiso Settings. To stop reminders entirely, turn off notifications for Premiso in iOS Settings, under Notifications.
